Salt Water Charters

Have a memorable Maine Experience Fishing, Lobstering, Cruising Muscongus Bay, Island Hopping, Brunch in Port Clyde, Birding, Seal & Whale watching.

And meet a real Maine Fisherman! When it comes to commercial fishing in the Gulf of Maine, Captain Wallace Leeman has done it all. "Wally" began when"only a pup" by hauling lobsters out of a skiff in local waters. He has gone on to travel from Nova Scotia to Nantucket in search of cod, haddock, tuna, flounder, shrimp and scallops. Don't think there won't be a story or two along the way!
The Fishing Vessel Paige Elizabeth is a 38' lobster boat hull built by Young Brothers of Corea, Maine and finished by Ken Flower in Bremen, Maine. It is powered by a 300 hp Volvo diesel and comes fully equipped with electronics, including GPS. We have recently converted to a wet exhaust system for the comfort of our passengers.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink. We will supply the fishing gear, unless, of course, you have a favorite rod. Even in the summer, the ocean temperature in Maine is quite cool. Thus, it is a good idea to bring a warm jacket, sun glasses, sun lotion, and appropriate footware.
Meet us at the dock in Round Pond. Round Pond Harbor is on the east side of the Pemaquid Penninsula south of Damariscotta and Route 1, about 55 miles east of Portland.
We accept all major credit cards.
